How It Works
1. Order Your Racket Choose any racket from our range and place your order. We'll ship it fast so you can get on court quickly.
2. Test It On Court Remove the wrapper. Play with it for up to 14 days. Use it exactly how you would if you owned it. Normal playing wear is absolutely fine.
3. Keep It or Return It Love it? Great - keep playing! Not quite right? Contact us within 14 days for a return approval and full refund.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I really play with the racket and still return it? Yes! That's the whole point. We want you to test it properly on court. Normal wear and tear from playing is absolutely fine.
What counts as "normal wear and tear"? Grip wear, minor surface marks from balls, standard scuffs from play. Basically, anything that happens during regular matches - as long as there's no structural damage.
What is "structural damage"? Cracks to the frame or face, breaks, fractures, significant deformation, or damage from impact with hard surfaces or misuse.
Do I need approval before returning? Yes, please email info@pdxpadel.co.uk first. This ensures we can process your return quickly and efficiently.
Do I need the original packaging? Not required, but you must include all original components (cover, wrist strap, accessories). Original packaging is recommended for safe shipping.
How long until I get my refund? Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect your return. Usually 5-7 business days.
What if the racket arrives damaged or faulty? Contact us immediately at info@pdxpadel.co.uk. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
Can I exchange instead of refund? Yes! If you want to try a different model, let us know and we'll arrange an exchange.
Does the 6-month warranty still apply? Yes, the warranty is separate and covers manufacturing defects for 6 months from purchase.
Can I return multiple rackets? This offer is intended for genuine product testing. We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of abuse or repeated excessive use of the policy.

PDX Padel – 14-Day Try & Return (No-Quibbles) Terms & Conditions
1. Trial Period Customers may try their PDX Padel racket for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery ("Trial Period").
2. No-Quibbles Return If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the racket within the Trial Period for a refund, no questions asked, subject to the conditions below.
3. Condition of Returned Product The racket must be returned:
- In a clean and hygienic condition
- Showing normal wear and tear only
- With all original components included (e.g. grip, cover, accessories if supplied)
4. Exclusion – Structural Damage The no-quibbles return policy does not apply to rackets with structural damage, including but not limited to:
- Cracks to the frame or face
- Breaks, fractures, or significant deformation
- Damage caused by misuse, impact with hard surfaces, or improper storage
PDX Padel reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine whether structural damage is present.
5. Return Process
- To request a return, customers must contact info@pdxpadel.co.uk within the 14-day Trial Period.
- Returns must be approved before sending the racket back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
- Rackets returned outside the Trial Period will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
